Event details
Maintaining a competent, compliant, and work-ready workforce is critical, yet many organisations still manage training records, certifications, and competency requirements across spreadsheets and disconnected systems.
Join HSI Donesafe for an interactive webinar exploring how our Workforce Competency Management solution helps organisations centralise competency management, improve compliance, and gain real-time visibility of workforce readiness.
You'll see how qualifications, certifications, training records, and competencies can be managed in one place, with reporting and matrix filters providing clear visibility of workforce readiness across roles, departments, and locations. We'll also demonstrate how organisations can create and deliver custom training, automate certificate generation, and proactively manage expiring competencies.
Whether you're looking to improve workforce visibility, simplify compliance management, or strengthen workforce readiness, this session offers practical insight into workforce competency management in action.
What You'll Learn
- How to gain real-time visibility of workforce readiness and compliance through training and competency expiration dashboards.
- How to manage and assess workforce competency using centralised staff profiles, qualifications tracking, and custom skills matrices.
- How to identify gaps and report on competency across your organisation with powerful filtering and reporting by role, department, and location.
- How to streamline training and compliance management through custom training content, automated certificate generation, and proactive workflows.
All attendees will receive a CPD certificate.
